shell登陆到服务器，用php强制重建索引就可以，这个比后台刷新重建要快很多
/usr/local/php/bin/php -f shell/indexer.php reindex
当然上面的命令也可能解决不了你的问题，但是你可以看下你的日志里面的错误信息，就能很快找到答案
